Henceforth, combining the potentials of AAC National Network and Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development National Center of Armenia (SME DNC), we can provide more effective advice services to SME representatives.
Today AAC National Network and SME DNC signed the Letter of Agreement. “Cooperation shall make practical dimensions in three directions: 1. raising legal awareness of Small and Medium Enterprises, 2. legislative reforms, and 3. introduction of institutions that are essential for the protection of rights. SME representatives shall try to solve their disagreements through commercial arbitration in order to avoid long, expensive and unexpected processes”, Karen Zadoyan, “Development of AAC National Network” Project Manger and President of the AYLA said.
According to Varazdat Karapetyan, SME DNC Executive Director, both AAC National Network and SME DNC have similarities in their activities with regard to the system changes and advocacy of the interests of enterprises under which the cooperation should be intensified.
“The Council of SME at the RA Prime Minister collects the opinions of entrepreneurs on the laws, and strives to find prompt solutions to the gaps and omissions in tax legislation. In this regard AACs can transfer such complaints to the National Council of SME, and the latter shall try to find solutions of timely reforms”, Varazdat Karapetyan mentioned.
