Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with the Second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan. The information was confirmed by the spokesman of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, answering the question whether he can confirm or deny the information that Kocharyan spoke with Putin during his visit to Moscow, where he came to attend the meeting of the board of directors of “Sistema” financial corporation.
“I can confirm, they really had a phone conversation. You know that they have a good relationship for a long time, which continues, they communicate quite often,” Peskov told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.
