Age Limits in the Compulsory Enforcement Service

The age of 60 shall be considered the age limit for compulsory enforcement officers of the highest group.

 

The age of 55 shall be considered the age limit for compulsory enforcement officers of chief and leading groups.

 

The official competent for appointing to a position of the Compulsory Enforcement Service may extend the period of service of a compulsory enforcement officer for up to five years in case of attaining the age limit by the compulsory enforcement officer.

 

The Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer may, upon the consent of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, extend the period of service of a compulsory enforcement officer upon attaining the age limit.
