Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“TASS” news agency reported.
“The heads of states discussed the further work of the Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Aghdam,” Aliyev’s press office said in a statement.
Erdogan stressed that his country will continue to support Azerbaijan. Aliyev expressed gratitude for that!
It should be reminded that Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu announced on 15 January that 60 servicemen from Russia and 60 from Turkey will serve in the observation center.
