Materials on the fact of violence against Armen Hovhannisyan and beating during Raffi Hovhannisyan’s the rally on 9 April 2013, were sent to the Special Investigation Service of the RA. The Information Service of the SIS confirmed this information of Iravaban.net.
As Armen Hovhannisyan, Vice President of “Heritage” Political Party had informed to Iravaban.net earlier, he had submitted a report on the fact of violence against him and beating by the policemen during Raffi Hovhannisyan’s peaceful rally to the police.
