On 19 November, the Azerbaijani troops left Shushi. The Russian peacekeeping forces escorted the equipment to the place of permanent deployment. The footage of the withdrawal of troops was shown by the Izvestia TV channel. The fulfillment of obligations is under the control of the RF peacekeepers.
It should be reminded that by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 10 November, 2020, Russian peacekeepers were deployed in Nagorno Karabakh. The base of the military is the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Central Military District. The commander of the peacekeepers is Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
