The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement today calling on the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to cease fire immediately.
“According to the information received, the situation in the Karabakh conflict zone has sharply escalated. We call on the parties to immediately cease fire and start talks to stabilize the situation,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
