In the second reading, the National Assembly fully adopted the draft “On Making Amendments to the Code on Administrative Offenses.” 87 deputies voted for, there were no abstentions.
It is envisaged that in case of not having a mask in the open areas, the citizen will be fined for 10,000 AMD, whereas in closed areas the employer will be responsible.
