President of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan has issued a statement saying:

“By my initiative and with the consent of the NA deputies, we will transfer the monthly MP bonuses for March, to the treasury account set up to support the fight against the coronavirus epidemic.

I thank the three NA factions, as well as the non-faction MPs, for responding to my proposal yesterday.

I was also pleased to learn that some of the deputies had already transferred funds to that account on their own initiative.”
