The government’s decision to ban minibuses concerns both Tbilisi and the minibuses traveling between the districts and cities. This is stated in the statement of the Government of Georgia. Aliq.ge reports.

According to the statement, Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia called on the governors to implement this decision as effectively as all the decisions taken by the interdepartmental council.

Notably, by the order of the Georgian Prime Minister, from 18 March the movement of minibuses in the country is prohibited.
