English football clubs “Arsenal” and “Chelsea” are quarantined because of coronavirus. Sky News reports. The decision came after the infection was discovered at Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta and Chelsea midfielder Callum Hudson-Odo.
“Chelsea” said in a statement on 9 March that Hudson-Odo had symptoms of coronavirus that were “like the flu.”
On 12 March, Arsenal announced that the club’s management had asked the players and anyone connected with Arteta to be isolated. The London Learning Center has also closed. On 14 March the club was due to play with “Brighton” but the match was postponed.
The English Premier League has called an emergency meeting on 13 March in connection with Coronavirus.
