The Japanese Prime Minister has ordered to close all Schools in the Country

Japan’s Prime Minister today decided to close all schools in the country for a month in an attempt to stop the spread of coronavirus. Dailymail reported.

Shinzo Abe said: “The government considers children’s health and safety above all else.” Schools in the country should be completely closed by March 2.

More than 200 people have been infected with coronavirus in Japan so far and four have died.

In the northern main island of Hokkaido, 13 new cases have been confirmed, including two children under the age of 10, public broadcaster NHK reported.

Osaka authorities had already ordered all schools in the city to be closed on Monday, with 1600 schools in Hokkaido planned to close soon.

It should be noted that the number of dead from COVID-2019 coronavirus in China reached 2774 as of February 27.
