Today, 7 February 2013, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak marz under the Presidency of Judge Edward Manukyan accomplished the case against ARA Grigoryan. The defendant was accused under the Article 188 (3, part 1, “Entrepreneurial activities without state registration or without special permit (license), when such a special permit (license) is mandatory, accompanied with infliction of a large damage to the citizens, commercial organizations or to the state.”
In his last plea the defendant asked the Court to take a just decision.
The Judges moved to the chamber for deliberations.
The Court decided to consider Ara Grigoryan, with higher education, convicted in the past for the same crime (Article 188 of the RA Criminal Code), conviction canceled, married, return not guilty, justify and determine innocence based on the fact of the absence of corpus delicti and rule a sentence of acquittal. To consider the mean of restraint cognizance not to leave the place, remove the ban from the property:
