Acting RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan signed a new decree on April 9, which reads:

“Guided by Article 7 (5) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia” On the Structure and Activities of the Government:

1. Approve the timetable for establishing a local electronic management platform (LEMF), in accordance with the Annex.

2. Declare invalid the RA Prime Minister’s Decree No 622-A of 7 July, 2014, “On Approval of the Schedule of Necessary Measures to Ensure Complete Implementation of the Draft Laws of the Republic of Armenia” On Real Estate Tax “and” Vehicle Property Tax” before their entry into force.”
