On 16 January 2017, the Ministry of Defense signed a contract with “Adverta” Company for organizing a concert dedicated to the Army Day.
According to the Purchase Document, the Ministry of Defense has signed a contract to pay 50 million AMD for this cultural event.
One and a half hour-long concert has been organized for 1200 people.
The agreement envisaged:
• A. Spendiaryan State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet – rent of the hall (3 days),
• Sound and light equipment rent and additional services (if necessary),
• LED screen rental and maintenance (70-80 sqm, 3 days), the rental and installation of metal structures for the formation of stage (22-25 m, rectangular),
• Providing of scenery concert stage, foyer, walk-dimensional design, equipment, stage decorations preparation, foyer and hall decoration for thematic posters (8 pieces), flag pyramids (4 pieces), red carpet (30-35 square meters),
• Graphics, production of animated images and effects assurance for LED screen (Heavy smoke, Confetti, Streamers),
• Participation of 10 soloists, 2 announcers, 6 song and dance ensembles, 2 orchestras,
• Invitations (colored, two-sided printing, coated paper 10*20 cm size) and booklet (color, format desktop calendar, rectangular, two-sided printing, at least 16 sheets, composition, rough paper, coated paper, 10*30 cm size), design and printing (1200 pieces), metal pins (round, diameter at least 4 cm) preparation (1200 units), shooting videos and display (3-4 copies, 3-4 minutes in length).
The deadline for the Contract implementation is on 28 January. 50 million AMD for the organization of the event is allocated from the state budget.
Last year, the Ministry of Defense had allocated 50 million AMD for the concert on January 28 as well.
