Aram Vardevanyan, the Assistant of Prime Minister in the interview with journalists referred to the activities of the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service referring to the situation when it is necessary to implement the judicial act and the child must be given to the person who has been selected as a caretaker by the judicial act. The Assistant of Prime Minister mentioned that there had been two reports about the fact that the judicial act was not implemented. However, in both cases the problem was solved after his intervention.
But Aram Vardevanyan’s speech was interpreted wrongfully in the light of false interpretation of the bill on domestic violation.
