President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree on appointing Vahan Martirosyan to the position of the RA Minister of Communication and Transport. The decree reads:
“Based on Article 55, Clause 4 of the RA Constitution with amendments of 2005, I decide to:
Appoint Vahan MARTIROSYAN to the position of the Minister of Communication and Transport.”
