The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, chaired by judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, rejected the motion of the RA Prosecution to temporarily arrest Russian citizen Sergei Mironov who was detained in “Zvartnots” Airport.
However he will not be able to cross Armenian border before making the decision on his extradition.
