Today, the Criminal Court of Appeals has decided to replace Armen Martirosyan’s precautionary measure, detention, on bail. Givi Hovhannisyan, Armen Martirsoyan’s rights defender, told Iravaban.net about this adding that the amount of the bail is one million AMD. Judge Arshak Khachatryan made this decision. Armen Martirosyan was arrested in Sari Tagh at the night of July 29 before the use of special police operations.
