Lawyer Yervand Varosyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The RA Court of Criminal Appeals, presided by Judge Aleksander Azaryan, made a decision to replace the arrest of Armen Mikayelyan, member of Founding Parliament member with pledge. He was arrested on July 27 on suspicion of possessing illegal gun.”
