Civil activist Ani Navasradyan has been released. She had been accused of being involved in the criminal case on the mass disorders that took place in the Khorenatsi Street in Yerevan on 20 July.
Ani has been released minutes ago. Her defender Stepan Voskanyan said during his interview to Iravaban.net that the prosecution was stopped because of the absence of elements of a crime. “She was involved in the case as a suspect, no charges were brought against her. The investigator decided to stop the criminal persecution because no facts were obtained against her.”
The attorney also noted that Ani had received the bodily injury on her shoulder during the demonstrations that took place 20 July.
