NKR State Commission for POWs, Hostages and Missing Persons issued a statement:

“On 20 April at 16:00 pm, according to agreement reached with the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, near Bash Karvend settlement, the Azerbaijani side returned the body of a fallen soldier.”
