Karen Andraesyan, the 3rd Human Rights Defender of the RA wrote in his Facebook account:
“RETURN OUR MONEY! demands the people of Armenia from the corrupt officials and corrupt oligarchs.
RETURN OUR LAND! the people of Armenia has been demanding from the Turks that committed the genocide and the Azeri murderers.
In order to get back the lands, we first need to return our money.
The law enforcement authorities should have returned the money, but we need someone who will return the money that they robbed.
Thus, the investigative journalists are our hope, to find who and how much had robbed from the loans, kickbacks, unpaid taxes, hidden income, and to compile a fair and complete list. Unfortunately many of the journalists are fed by the corrupt officials to discredit their masters’ opponents, to help their masters win in the robbers’ tenders so that their funds would increase together with the funds of their masters. And what shall we do?
I know, and everyone like me sitting in their homes knows how to bring the money back; that is the only way to have a robbery free and powerful country.
Perhaps, after Karabakh negotiations are concluded; and only then we, all together, would get involved in the process of taking back the money from our internal enemy, so that we are able to return back our lands from the external ones, or at least return the hundreds of thousands people who have left the country.”
