Again a sentence of acquittal and again by the presidency of the judge Aleksander Azaryan. Today, the court of First Instance of Shengavit Community of Yerevan ruled and acquittal verdict to Arman Vardanyan according to Article 325, Point 1 of the RA Criminal Code (documents, stamps, seals, forms, forgery, sale and use of registration plates of vehicles).
The Prosecutor motioned for 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment.
The Court ruled an acquittal verdict.
