At this moment, the road near Antarayin Street of Saralanji Avenue is closed. The construction machines are removing the consequences of the collapse.
As it was informed on 16 March, at 04.49 was an alarm received informing that on Saralanji Avenue near Antarayin Street, the road was collapsed (about 1 square meter) and as a result the traffic was stopped and help was needed.
The Operative Groups of the National Center for Crisis Management and the rapid response group of the Emergency Situations arrived in the place.
It turned out that the retaining wall about 15 m length and 8m height was collapsed on Azatutyun Avenue in front of building 1/21. The land slip blocked the traffic section of Saralanji Avenue.
The examination of the territory revealed that the asphalt in front of building 1/21 Azatutyun Avenue was cracked (cracks of about 5 m length and 0.7 sm). The rescuers demarcated the dangerous part of the avenue with ribbons.
Avetisyan street road leading to the street Saralanji is closed one sided.
Employees of the communal services of the municipality started the cleaning of the damaged section of the road.
