On 9 May, the Court of First Instance of Arabkir and Kanaqer-Zeytun Communities of Yerevan justified Hunan Avetisyan by charges in 5 episodes and in one re-qualified the action and imposed a more lenient punishment. Said Tamara Baghdasaryan Hunan Gasparyan’s defender in the interview with Iravaban.net.
According to the indictment Hunan Gasparyan with the intention to commit fraud reached to primary agreement with his friend K. Navoyan, took from him A. Galstyan’s passport and social card and on 13.08.2013 they both went to one of the branches of “HT Electronics” LLC where he introduced himself as A. Galsytan and bought a computer causing property damage to “Unibank”.
T. Baghdasaryan mentioned that her client had accepted his guilt but the court found that a number of credits (using other persons passports) from shops and banks is a deal and not a theft. The defender hopes that this acquittal will become precedential.
