Drafting Claims: School on Practical Skills for Young Lawyers

Today, based on the well-known international rules, Advocate Mariam Zadoyan taught the students of School on Practical Skills for Young Lawyers the skills for drafting written documentation and claims.

Prior to this Advocate Syuzanna Soghomonyan summarized the work done with the students of the school

The so called IRAC rule is the abbreviation for Issue, Rule, Analyze and Conclusion.

Mariam Zadoyan spoke about the structure of the claim, and thoroughly introduced each section.

The training was conducted interactively, and was combined with performing the tasks.
