How to compile a proper and correct contract? What conditions shall include the contract in order to avoid the negative complications in future? The replies to this and other questions were discussed today, in the scope of the School on Practical Skills for Young Lawyers organized by the “LEGAL ALLIANCE” Law Firm.
Before the start of today’s training, advocate Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers Association and the “LEGAL ALLIANCE” Law Firm, summarized the work done with the students of the school and answered their questions.
Lawyer Arnold Vardanyan, presented the typical contract structure and brought examples and said what information of essential importance shall be included in the contract, spoke about the legal practice and legal thinking.
The interesting and heated discussions were held during today’s seminar. The students asked the issues of their concern and received exhaustive answers to the speaker.
