Chairman of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Avan and Nork-Marash Administrative District of Yerevan City has resigned.
Iravaban.net learned this from the First Deputy Head of the Judicial Department of the RA, Secretary of the Council of Courts’ Chairmen Anna Vardapetyan. Mr. Uzunyan intends to work at the same court as a judge.
According to Anna Vardapetyan, the RA Council of Justice has not considered Mr. Uzunyan’s application yet. The Session of the Council shall take place on 12 February.
