The RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Gevorg Kutoyan Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA.
The decree reads:
Governed by Clause 9 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution of 2005 with amended and based on Article 36, Part 2 of the “RA Law on the Prosecution” I decide:
To appoint Gevorg Kutoyan Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA.”
