Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on termination of the authorities of Judge of Criminal Court of Appeal of the RA Gagik Avetisyan. The decree reads:
“Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA, Article 167, Part 4(2) of the Judicial Code of the RA and based on the recommendation AKh-2-Vo-1 of the Council of Justice of 29 January 2016, I decide:
To terminate authorities of Gagik Avetisyan, Judge of Criminal Court of Appeal of the RA from 3 February, 2013.”
