On December 4, the Armenian Police signed a service contract with “HayPost” Company. According to this contract, the materials that should be enveloped and/or delivered must be handed to the performer at the RA traffic police office at 9 Isakov Avenue, Yerevan. Afterwards, the performer must deliver them to the recipient. The contract defines the obligations of the other parties as well.
The cost of the contract is more than 74 million AMD (about 156 thousand USD) and the deadline is December 25 of this year. One can only imagine how many items the traffic police should send in this short period of time. It is believed that a significant part of these items are the traffic notices of fine. Notably, the payment for postal services has been done from extra budgetary funds.
