On December 4, at 22:10 a warning was issued that a citizen was trying to commit suicide by hanging himself from a tree (region Lori, town Vanadzor, 5 Cherkasy Str.). The help of the rescuers was required. The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations informs about that. A fire brigade left for the scene. While the rescuers arrived H.A.’s (born in 1997) attempt of committing a suicide had been prevented by local forces and the latter had been taken to Vanadzor Medical Center, where the doctors considered his health condition critical. It was found that according to the decision of the court on December 4 H.A. was taken to psychiatric hospital of Vanadzor and escaped from the hospital on the same day.
