Today, before beginning the executive session the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan stated that the government has adopted an open and transparent policy.
“We should honestly and regularly present our plans and work to the public by actively communicating with the representatives of the media,” -he said encouraging the ministers to be more active and initiating in these issues.
“It is necessary that all ministers should use both planned and newly created possibilities for more open communication. For example, after the sessions of the government many journalists are waiting near the entrance of the Government. Each of us should use this opportunity to communicate with the public once more, to clarify an issue, and not just leave through other entries,”- Mr. Abrahamyan said.
He suggested informing the public regularly about the results of projects carried out with specific indicators, achievements and difficulties since today: “We have nothing to hide from people, and we should prove it with our conduct and activities,”-concluded the Prime Minister.
