We came with a small suitcase, took our clothes and left Artsakh. Vachagan Grigoryan has been engaged in agriculture and lists with tearful eyes what he left behind in the village. Within the framework of Iravaban.net’s series “Legal Issues of Artsakh Armenians in Armenia,” our interviewee says that he wants to have the cadastral documents for the property he left in Artsakh.
“The situation is such now that I pay rent for a house, I pay utilities, we don’t have any equipment—we came empty-handed. Now it’s just my wife and I remaining. Regarding housing, we are waiting—they say we are entering the third phase. They are cutting the 40+10 [subsidy], and we cannot survive,” he noted.
