The Supreme Judicial Council has been studying a number of publications on the Internet in some media outlets about Judge Anna Danibekyan’s personality in recent days, in particular: “Anna Danibekyan underwent nose surgery” published by “Hayeli Club” on 9 April, 2020, and the video materials of “In Shortwith Sevak Hakobyan” aired by “Hayely” Club on the “5th Channel” on 13 April; not only are morally unacceptable, but they have also published information that is protected by law (containing medical confidentiality, privacy), in connection with which the Supreme Judicial Council draws the attention of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the RA to give them a criminal assessment in accordance with the law.
