The title of the 166th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “When the State Bodies fail to meet their Obligation to provide Information.” Sona Harutyunyan, AYLA member, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Under Article 189.7 of the RA Code of Administrative Violations, “Unlawful failure to provide information by the state and local self-government bodies, state offices, organizations financed from the state budget, as well as private organizations of public importance and their state officials leads to the imposition of a fine at the rate from tenfold to fiftyfold size of the minimum salary.”
