Awareness for CMTPL Agreement Owners

According to Article 8, Part 1 of the RA Law on “Compulsory Insurance of Motor Third Party Liability” provided by CMTPL the amount of insurance of the motor related to one insurance accident must not be less than:

1. AMD 3.000.000 for personal damages per person, and AMD 9.000.000 for each insurance accident.

2. AMD 1.500.000 for property damages per each insured accident.

If there are more than one person related to the property damages compensation, and total amount of the damages exceeds the set amount of insurance by each insurance accident then everyone is paid compensation to each of them proportionally to the size of the personal damage in the total amount of damage – within the insured amount set on each insured accident.
