The activists in Baghramyan Avenue neither do nor remember that ambulance had tried to pass through the barricades and they did not let it to pass.
“No such thing has happened. When someone felt bad all the activists open the pass and we told people through all the possible means to open a passage and free the way,” – Garik Hakobyan, one of the members of the coordinating group said.
According to him people had always been ready and willing to open the way for the ambulance cars.
Garik also said that they were not going to leave Baghramyan Avenue, and instead they are going to initiate more interesting and various activities and events. Davit Sanasaryan, member of “Barev Yerevan” faction said that the participants of the action had told those young men to leave the square but the latter did not agree and again drunk beverages. So the activists applied to the police and the police removed them quickly.
According to David the young men stated that the members of the initiative had provided them alcoholic beverages. “That is they were prepared, so that to defame the movement. This is not a pub, where anyone who wants can drink. This is our home. We eat together and leave here together. This is a family in the open air where we should ensure the coexistence rules,”- he said.
