The Constitutional Court will examine the application for protection of the confidentiality of news sources. Lawyer Ara Ghazaryan wrote in his Face Book Page. he wrote:
“The Constitutional Court has accepted to the proceedings my and Artak Zeynalyan’s application on the protection of confidentiality of the news sources, which we submitted in the name of “Hraparak” daily. This area really needs to be regulated, because here we have a situation where the issue of revealing the information source is decided like for example the issue of obtaining a permit for the search in the flat, that is through traditional way, which iunacceptable.”
