During the preliminary investigation of the criminal case investigated at RA Special Investigation the operative-authorized official of Kanaker-Zeytun Division RA Police Yerevan City Department Arayik A. was detained on suspicion of abusing official position and committing official forgery.
By the preliminary investigation of the criminal case it has been ascertained that on December 8, 2014 RA Police official Arayik A., learning about an incident of theft and on arrival at the scene of actio being personally convinced of it, starting from personal concernment, using his official position contrary to the service interests, did not take measures with premeditation to take a communication from the aggrieved on the committed crime and concealed the incident of an undisclosed crime from registration.
Besides, by other incidents Arayik A. committed official forgeries – verified with his signature the falsified protocols of inspection of the numerous scenes of actio of secret embezzlement of property from different citizens.
Preliminary investigation is in progress.
