During the government session on December 12, it became known that the executive body will support those borrower individuals whose all loans have been considered non-performing for 3 or more years, and, at the same time, the principal amount obligation does not exceed 1 million drams or its equivalent in foreign currency.

According to information provided by the Central Bank, as of October 1, 2024, the number of citizens with non-performing loans is around 341,000, and their loan burden is around 642 billion drams.
