Ms Lusine Hakobyan, President of Europe in Law Associations said in the interview with Iravaban.net that today, the selection of the RA Judge to ECHR shall not take place, today the ECHR will held the meeting of the selection committee.
She said, “the candidates from several countries included the candidates from Armenia shall pass the interviews. These sessions have started since yesterday and will over today. As a result the Committee will recommend on or all candidates or reject the list. This is the interview process.”
Ms Hakobyan said that if the Committee will approve the application one or all candidates, then the selection will be held at the plenary session of PACE.”
