On 8March, at 13:00, the Kahayan Police Department learned from Gyumri ambulance station that a corpse of a hung man had been discovered in a manhole in the territory of Magician village. Iravaban.net learned about the incident from the RA Police. The quick response group found out that the corpse, which was frozen and hung with wire, belonged to Gyumri citizen Artur Afyan born in 1989. The Mush department of police had been searching for Artur Afyan since 21 February. A forensic expertise has been set. Investigation is in process.
