On President Serzh Sargsyan’s the Degree the powers of the Chairman of the First Instance Court of general jurisdiction Tigran Petrosyan were terminated on the grounds of Paragraph 5 pf Article 95 of the RA Constitution, and Paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Article 167 of the RA which provides if the final court judgment has declared the judge to have limited or no legal capacity.
Tigran Petrosyan worked in this position since 1999.
