Today the preliminary hearings on Hrachya Harutyunyan’s case took place in the court of Troitski region of Moscow city. Hrachya Harutyunyan’s Defense Lawyer Ruben Margaryan urgently submitted the details of the hearings to the RA Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan.
Hrachya Harutyunyan’s detention was extended till 3 October 2014. The names of the victims of the incidents who received minor injuries were removed from the list of the provided by the prejudicial body as “involved on mistake.”
The court mentioned that some evidences provided by the prejudicial body, among them the intentionally falsified document submitted by Hrachya Harutyunyan, may be removed from the criminal case. The court hearing in substance of the case is scheduled on 17 April.
