President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on terminating the authorities of Garik Avagyan, Judge of the First Instance Court of general Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker Zeytun Administrative District of Yerevan.
“Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA, Article 167 (4 point 1) of the Judicial Code of the RA and based on the recommendation of the Council of Justice of 6 December 2013, I decide:
To terminate authorities of Garik Avagyan, Judge of the First Instance Court of general Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker Zeytun Administrative District of Yerevan,” the Decree reads.
