Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei made a statement in which he expressed hope that President Raisi survived the hard landing of helicopter.
“Let’s hope that the almighty God will return our honorable and honorable President Raisi and his companions to the arms of the people of Iran,” he said.
He added: “The people of Iran should not worry, there will be no interruption in the work of the country.”
Earlier it became known that the helicopter carrying the President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi made a hard landing due to bad weather conditions.
According to the IRNA state news agency, the delegation of the Iranian Government headed by the Vice President went to the scene.
The country’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ahmad Vahidi, announced that rescue teams were sent to the scene, but bad weather conditions made their work difficult.
