The Amnesty does not apply to the Following Crimes; Hrayr Tovmasyan published the List

The amnesty will not apply to crimes against sexual immunity and sexual freedom. Hrayr Tovmasyan, RA Minister of Justice said at the National Assembly of the RA speaking about the amnesty on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the independence of Armenia.
According to the Criminal Code of the RA Crimes against sexual immunity and sexual freedom are rape, sexual intercourse with a woman against her will, using violence against the against an aggrieved under 16 years of age, lecherous acts.
