According to the information received at the Office of the Human Rights Defender from the Stepanakert mortuary as of 20:00, there are 25 victims of the large-scale terrorism carried out by Azerbaijan, 2 of whom are civilians.
Artsakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan wrote in his Twitter microblog.
“The civilian population of 6 communities of Artsakh (Khramort, Khnabad, Sarnaghpyur, Nakhichevanik, Machkalashen, Chankatagh) has been evacuated.
The Yeghtsahogh community of Shushi region, with a total of 150 inhabitants, was the immediate target of the Azerbaijani side. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces destroyed the community’s school, there is no possibility to evacuate the residents, they are completely surrounded,” he said.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh reported that there are 80 wounded in the “Republican Medical Center” CJSC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, of which 15 are civilians.

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh reports that on 19 September, around 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the line of contact by launching rocket artillery strikes.
